You know how you already can't get enough of the characters on The Walking Dead and you think to yourself, "Boy, if only I could watch more insufferable people try to survive the zombie apocalypse? (Hello, anyone?) Well, AMC has decided to give us just that with a Walking Dead companion series slated for 2015.

In a surprise to many observers, Frank Darabont recently stepped down as the showrunner for The Walking Dead, to be replaced by executive producer Glen Mazzara. While we had some issues with the first season -- most of which had to do with the inadequate scripts and the fact that the annoying Shane didn't die like he was supposed to (on this matter, we'd like to defer to the comic) -- the series has a lot of potential and we hope Mazzara and a new batch of writers help realize it. But at the same time, we can't help thinking about how some other big-name producers could've handled the job...

With all of the fall 2012 returning shows fresh on our minds, we're getting a little bit antsy that our expectations are too high for some of our favorite series. As fun as big plot twists, new storylines and major changes in general are, what if the upcoming seasons can't match what's already happened? We're not so much freaked out about shows that are already bananas (like The Vampire Diaries and Gossip Girl), nor are we wasting our energy hoping that Glee transforms into an amazing series, but for these beloved shows, our nerves are starting to take over.

Sitcoms get to have all the fun during the holidays, leaving dramas out in the cold when it comes to warm and fuzzy (and sometimes bloody) winter episodes. There are a handful of scripted series we'd love to see celebrate the season with themed episodes, and we're so convinced of their potential that we've even come up with suggested plotlines for them. You can thank us after New Year's.

A giant Snoopy float, every conceivable high school marching band in America and, of course, Santa Claus will all once again make their way down Sixth Avenue in New York City in the early morning hours of Thanksgiving Day for the annual Macy's parade. While the 2013 parade already has some pretty cool new additions (Finn and Jake from Adventure Time!) from the television world, we thought there were some glaring omissions in this year's lineup. Here are five TV characters that we think deserve to strut, float, or shuffle their stuff in the famous Thanksgiving parade.
