'Tis the season for repeat hosts.

Following last week's announcement Billy Crystal will host the Oscars for the ninth time, it was announced yesterday that Ricky Gervais will indeed be hosting the Golden Globes for the third time in January, despite offending virtually everyone last year. Start preparing yourself to hear Gervais talk about it for the next 11 months now.

Ugly Betty's Becki Newton will recur on How I Met Your Mother beginning in January as Quinn, a love interest for Barney. Guess that was really it for Robin and Barney. Eh.

Greg Kinnear is making the switch from the Kennedy family to Modern Family. Kinnear was cast as Ted, Phil's new business partner, a successful and athletic real estate broker. Phil's super impressed by Ted, and I probably will be, too.

Nora Dunn will guest star on the upcoming Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 as June's (Dreama Walker) boss, who "sleeps standing up, like a cow." Better not tip her over, June, or you'll lose your internship!

Real magic is coming to Waverly Place tomorrow night. David Copperfield will guest star on Wizards of Waverly Place as himself, who gets zapped into the obviously-fake set after Harper turns into Cinderella and magical things begin happening. Or is it all an illusion?

Wendi McLendon-Covey is everywhere lately! Following her role in Bridesmaids, she's appearing on TBS's upcoming The Wedding Band, and now guest starring on Hot in Cleveland as a nurse who discovers Melanie is dating a kicker from the Cleveland Browns.

Steve Buscemi will host Saturday Night Live on December 3 for the first time since 1998 with musical guests The Black Keys. Hopefully the writers can figure out how to work "Chicks with Steve Buscemeyes" into a sketch.

Betty White is turning 90! To celebrate the big day, NBC will air a birthday special based on a dinner event honoring the golden girl in January 2012. Hey Betty, can we get some invites to your dinner?

NBC ordered a pilot for Brian Fuller's reboot of The Munsters. Fuller's pilot is going to have some notable changes, however: the show will be an hour-long series about how the monster house came to be and much darker, without the black-and-white camp. Might as well just give the show another title, Fuller.
