Brenchel continues their quest to dominate reality TV, one CBS show at a time.

Although the current season of The Amazing Race hasn't quite wrapped up, filming has commenced for Season 20 -- and with some familiar faces if you've seen five seconds of Big Brother the past two seasons. Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly, the season 13 winner, will be competing in the new season. Expect lots of fights, tears and vague threats about nobody messing with Rachel's man.

Although GCB doesn't premiere until March, it's racking up guest stars. Sheryl Crow will cameo as herself in the fifth episode, while Sandra Bernhard will play a top-secret role that's a "big surprise." 'Kay.

Jason Biggs is going to court. Not for any funny business involving pies, however -- he's guest starring on The Good Wife as a lawyer being sued for refusing to release the name of a client.

MTV's Teen Wolf isn't short on new recurring characters. Michael Hogan will guest star as a werewolf hunter, Stephen Lunsford will recur as a student into Allison, and Daniel Sharman will appear as Alpha Derek's dangerous new pet project.

What do Gary Busey and Reverend Ted Haggard have in common? For starters, they'll be swapping wives on Celebrity Wife Swap. ABC released the celebrity swaps for the new season. Tracey Gold will swap with Carnie Wilson, Flavor Flav will switch with Dee Snider, Mick Foley will trade with Antonio Sabato Jr., and Niecy Nash will swap with Tina Yothers. I feel sorry for Busey and Haggard's significant others already.

Fox announced its midseason schedule. The returning shows include American Idol, the revived comedy Breaking In, Kitchen Nightmares and Cops. New shows on the schedule include J.J. Abrams's Alcatraz, Touch with Kiefer Sutherland, the animated Napoleon Dynamite and the Bones spinoff The Finder.

CBS's Early Show, the third-place weekday morning program, is going through some big changes. Along with new co-hosts Charlie Rose and Gayle King, the program is changing its name to CBS This Morning and axing the weatherman, cooking segments and even a couch in the studio. Are they trying to get this show cancelled?

MTV announced Caged, a docu-series about a group of high school grads in Louisiana that cage fight on the weekends, will premiere on January 9. At least none of them are pregnant.

VH1 is launching a series of music-themed biopics, with one about TLC being the first. Can we suggest Chilli play herself? She's barely aged since the '90s.

GQ asks Parks & Recreation's Jean-Ralphio Saperstein "What would Jean-Ralphio do?" The answer: Rap about teacups with Drake and rave about Entertainment 7twenty's fireplace bellows, apparently. Planet Jean-Ralphio is the place to be!
