It's about time they brought back Men in Trees.

With the network upfronts drawing ever nearer, NBC has announced its second fall pick-up, the Anne Heche-led comedy series Save Me. The Peacock previously announced that it would be ordering the Matthew Perry comedy Go On to series as well.

Looks like Jennifer Love Hewitt can't fire her Pilates instructor anytime soon. Lifetime has renewed The Client List for a second season of happy endings and airbrushed advertisements.

After matching wits with Dylan McDermott for the first season of American Horror Story, Jessica Lange is trading up the show's sophomore year. Babe star James Cromwell is close to joining AHS as Lange's chief adversary. Who or what he'll be playing is being kept tightly under wraps for now, as with everything else about the show's rebooted second season.

Well, it appears that Joss Whedon won't have to worry about a network cancelling one of his cult TV shows prematurely anymore. Mainly because he probably won't be making any more cult TV shows for the foreseeable future. The record-shattering box-office gross for his comic-book blockbuster The Avengers has seen to that. On the other hand, now might be the perfect time for Whedon to pitch Fox on a Dollhouse reunion TV movie...

Finally, in case you missed it amidst all of Sunday night's TV madness, the TV debut of Zach Galifianakis's awesome Between Two Ferns web series is, appropriately enough, now viewable on the Web. Tina Fey hasn't been this funny since that live episode of 30 Rock the other week.
