Can't make it the whole summer without seeing plenty of blood, guts and zombies? AMC has got you covered.

The weekend of July 7 and 8 is now The Walking Dead Season 3 Preview Weekend and it's going to be busy. All 19 episodes of the show will air, each with an introduction from the set of Season 3, along with sneak peeks, all ending in a premiere of the series' pilot in black and white. Because that was the problem with The Walking Dead, too much color.

Andy Samberg still isn't sure whether or not he'll be returning to Saturday Night Live next season. If he does choose to leave, I think we all know what the goodbye gifts to his fellow cast members will be...

NBC's Whitney is getting a new showrunner. Starting this fall, Wil Calhoun of Kath & Kim and I Hate My Teenage Daughter will take over for Betsy Thomas. I imagine Calhoun's next project will be called I Really Hate My New Job.

The much higher quality (though that's not a hard standard to beat) Nurse Jackie is also getting a new showrunner for its fifth season on Showtime. The new boss is former Dexter showrunner Clyde Phillips. Nurse Jackie might suddenly be getting a lot more blood.

Look out for a familiar face along with a new one on the upcoming fifth season of HBO's True Blood. A character from Season 3 is (spoiler alert inside the link) set to return to the show, while Tina Majorino of Bones was cast as someone new.

Previous Dancing with the Stars winner J.R. Martinez will guest star on Lifetime's Army Wives as a physical therapist. Perhaps his form of therapy will include a waltz?

Emma Stone is making a guest appearance during the final season of Nickelodeon's iCarly, which has also featured First Lady Michelle Obama as a guest. Drake and Josh must both be extremely jealous somewhere.

One of the most memorable competitors ever on Toddlers & Tiaras, Alana Thompson, better known as Honey Boo Boo Child, is getting a spin-off show. In a statement from TLC, the network described Here Comes Honey Boo Boo as including Alana and her family "four-wheeling through mud pits and picking up road kill for the family cookout." Sounds like the life of a beauty queen to me.
