Your favorite TV doctor is back, and no, it's not the mean one with the cane.

The first photo of the Doctor's newest companion on Doctor Who was released. The as-of-yet unnamed character will be played by Jenna-Louise Coleman of another long-running British show, Emmerdale. But of course, she's overshadowed in the picture by the Doctor's new waistcoat.

Adding to the many previously announced mentors, Ryan Murphy revealed that The Glee Project will be getting a few more guests from Glee. If you're also subjecting yourself to this show, look out for Jane Lynch, Chris Colfer, Amber Riley and Darren Criss to make appearances. If there's anything Ryan Murphy loves, it's guest stars.

Finally, the fans that The Walking Dead has left can get a look at long-awaited villain The Governor, who will be played by David Morrissey. He may not have a katana or two chained-up zombies, but hey, it's still pretty exciting.

FX will release a special preview episode of Wilfred on June 14, two weeks before the Season 2 premiere. The episode, which includes an appearance from Robin Williams, will be available on video on demand and multiple online sources. I'm assuming the show will settle who's hairier, Williams or Wilfred the dog.

The series premieres of Fox's dating shows The Choice and Take Me Out both beat the third episode of ABC's Duets in the adult demo ratings this week. But the real losers here are Kelly Clarkson, Cat Deeley and the poor viewers who had to sit through any of these shows.

One of the Los Angeles Lakers' best-known players, Metta World Peace (the artist formerly known as Ron Artest) will make his acting debut as a detective in upcoming Lifetime movie The Eleventh Victim. Maybe this is just Lifetime's way of tricking men into watching its movies.
