If you've been in serious Schmidt withdrawal, you'll now be able to add New Girl's return date to your calendar.

Fox has just announced its fall premiere dates for both returning shows like Fringe and The X Factor, along with new series like the highly anticipated The Mindy Project. Sadly for no one, this is a reminder that Take Me Out and The Choice's days are numbered

Ricky Gervais will be ending all three of his current television programs in order to focus on other projects. The animated Ricky Gervais Show will not get a fourth season while An Idiot Abroad and Life's Too Short will end after their finale episodes air this year.

Charlie Sheen has mercifully announced that his latest project, FX sitcom Anger Management, will be his final acting endeavor. Sheen said that once this series is done his life will be all about "amusement parks and soccer games", which we're hoping isn't code for coke and strippers.

If last night's Girls finale had you begging for more, executive producer Judd Apatow has just announced that Season 2 of the hit series will most likely return in January. For next season, can we have more Shoshanna, please?

Angel fans rejoice: Season 5 of TNT's Leverage will reunite Christian Kane with other Angel alumni Adam Baldwin. Baldwin will play Col. Michael Vance, an ex-Army Ranger who now runs a government counterterrorism unit.

In annoying news, Glenn Beck has announced that he's finally going to go through with his plan to take down Glee by creating his own conservative, "virtuous" version of the hit show. He will be working with a yet-unannounced rapper on the upcoming project. The show promises to be even more offensive than Glee's Quinn's baby snatching, Rachel's wardrobe combined and the inclusion of Sugar Motta combined.
