HBO: "Suck it, critics. Newsroom isn't going anywhere!"

Shocking news! HBO has announced that The Newsroom has been renewed for a second season, while in less surprising news the vampy True Blood has been renewed for Season 6.

Just because Rachel Berry moved to New York to pursue her theater aspirations doesn't mean that she can't still annoy us on Glee as well. According to creator Ryan Murphy, all of the cast regulars will be returning for Season 4 of the musical television series. That's right, folks, all fifteen regular cast members will be featured next season, though they won't be featured in every episode. Sorry, Ryan Murphy, but I think we could have all lived without another season of Rory, Joe, and Sugar-whatever-her-name-is.

If your Lost DVDs have magically vanished (just like the island!) then tune in to G4 on Mondays at 8 PM, when G4 will be airing reruns of the crazy popular series in four episode a night installments, starting from the plane crash in the pilot episode to the trippy conclusion. The reruns begin on Monday, July 16.

In news that interests no one, Trevor Donovan will be returning to The CW's 90210 for a multi-episode arc in Season 5. Donovan, who plays Teddy, Silver's ex-boyfriend-turned-gay-BFF is also up for the role of fan favorite Finnick in the highly anticipated Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

More Kenny Powers? I guess we'll take it... HBO has just announced that Eastbound & Down starring Danny McBride has been renewed for a fourth season.

In sad news, TV icon Andy Griffith passed away this week at age 86. The actor, who received a Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2005, starred on The Andy Griffith Show for eight years, as well as starring in and producing the series Matlock.
