Who knew Mario Lopez could be relevant for more than one reason in a single day?

Saved by the Bell's own Slater will host The X Factor along with Kris Jenner's own Khloe Kardashian. And later this year, Lopez's wedding to Courtney Mazza will air as a special on TLC. He and Kardashian clearly have a lot in common -- namely their addiction to being on television.

For it's Halloween episode, Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 will do a crossover with fellow ABC comedy Happy Endings. Jane Kerkovich may just be the only person strong enough to finally put Chloe in her place.

TNT is developing a Frankenstein-esque drama based on the book series by Dean Koontz. Sorry, but somehow it's doubtful that Frankenstein's monster is going to catch on the same way vampires did...

In November, TruTV will premiere Killer Karaoke, a singing competition that forces contestants to do disgusting and physical challenges while singing. It's hosted by Steve-O of Jackass, which should tell you all you need to know.

Rob Thomas -- the creator of Veronica Mars not the singer -- is adapting that British drama Metropolis for The CW. The show follows a group of friends who's lives aren't what they pictured when they were in college. Didn't this show just premiere yesterday on MTV?

Former Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Tom Lenk joined the cast of Lifetime's upcoming drama Witches of East End. He's a male on Lifetime, so he'll be playing a main character's gay best friend.

R. Kelly's bizarre "Trapped in the Closet" series will return to IFC with new chapters on November 23. In preparation, the network will do a Thanksgiving marathon of the first 22 chapters. Because that's what every family needs to do in the middle of stuffing their faces: take a break to watch R. Kelly sing about 15 different characters while playing most of them.
