Today's TWoP News: Tuesday, February 19, 2013

Lots of big news came in during the long weekend, so let's skip the little guys and the impending Up All Night doom for now.

CBS has pulled The Job after two episodes, which just plain sounds dirty, quite frankly.

Buffy's back! Sarah Michelle Gellar will star in David E. Kelley's upcoming CBS comedy pilot, which basically guarantees her a job for the next few decades.

Recently unemployed Krysten Ritter also nabbed a comedy role over the weekend, where she'll be playing a "magnetic, hyperactive workaholic, with a sex appeal directly proportional to her anxiety level." What about Dawson, though?

Elsewhere, 30 Rock's Jack McBrayer will guest star on an upcoming episode of The Middle, Wire alum Domenick Lombardozzi will join Boardwalk Empire (which is kind of genius), Geoff Stults is headed over to another military-themed show -- this one a Fox pilot called Enlisted, David Alan Grier has signed on to play the principal in CBS' Bad Teacher TV series, and Miranda's Tom Ellis will have an upcoming role in Downton Abbey. If anything happens to him, so help us Britain.

And finally, if you're missing Luck, you're in luck! And definitely not a horse! One of the writers from the canned HBO series is posting "scripts" (read: elevated fanfic) online.

Think you've got game? Prove it! Check out Games Without Pity, our new area featuring trivia, puzzle, card, strategy, action and word games -- all free to play and guaranteed to help pass the time until your next show starts.
